When Anneleisse & Matt entered our WedMe Gold Coast Wedding Trail giveaway, they never imagined they’d be planning their wedding at one of the Gold Coast hinterland’s most stunning venues – Austinvilla Estate. But that’s exactly what happened, and wow… what a day it was!

Tucked away in the lush greenery of the hinterland, Austinvilla has all the charm you could ask for—think private chapel, rolling views, and the kind of warm country-luxe feel that makes guests instantly feel at home. It was the perfect backdrop for Anneleisse & Matt’s big day.

The ceremony took place in the white chapel on site, styled with soft, romantic florals from our team at The Pop Up Event Co. We went with a neutral palette—lush garden roses, textured foliage and a soft, timeless vibe that suited Anneleisse’s look beautifully.

After the ceremony, everyone wandered over to the Homestead for the reception. We kept the styling clean and elegant—long tables, candles, fresh blooms, and warm lighting to set the mood. Everything came together so naturally. Even the cake matched perfectly (yes, it tasted as good as it looked!).

Anneleisse & Matt were all smiles all day long. From champagne toasts on the lawn to dancing under the festoon lights, it was the kind of wedding that felt full of heart and totally them.
